GavelGPT provides educational information about court procedure and litigation process only. Nothing on this site — and nothing in the GavelGPT product — is legal advice. Using this site or joining the waitlist does not create an attorney-client relationship. GavelGPT is not a law firm and is not a lawyer. 2. No outcome guarantees

Litigation outcomes depend on facts, law, and many factors outside anyone’s control. We make no promises or guarantees about the outcome of any case, and nothing on this site should be read as one. Education and preparation are what we offer; results are not.

3. The prelaunch site

This site exists to describe GavelGPT and collect waitlist signups. Joining the waitlist does not grant access to the product, reserve any particular pricing except as we announce, or create any obligation on either side beyond our privacy commitments.

4. Intellectual property

The GavelGPT name, logo, and all content on this site belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them without written permission.

5. Acceptable use

Don’t abuse the site: no automated signups, no attempts to disrupt or probe the service, no submitting email addresses that aren’t yours.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site. GavelGPT provides legal information and procedural education, not legal advice, and is not a substitute for a licensed attorney.
